We are a leading schools and groups organiser, established since 1994. In May 2006 we became part of First Choice Holidays PLC, which in 2007 successfully merged with the TUI Group to become TUI Travel PLC. We sit in the Student Travel sector within TUI Travel.

During our very first season in 1995 JCA accommodated 17 groups, by contrast, in 2009 the total number of groups exceeded 390!

We are experts in providing residential activity courses for thousands of young people; promoting education, personal development and of course, fun! With 13 UK centres and over 50 land, environmental and water based activities, we offer tailor-made, unforgettable experiences provided by fully-qualified, enthusiastic instructors.

We cater for approximately 17,000 children every year and our centres are all located in impressive rural or coastal locations.

JCA courses can contribute to many areas of the National Curriculum especially Citizenship, Personal, Social and Health Education and groups can choose a course to meet their objectives.

We have 7 different courses;

• Action and Adventure - climbing, abseiling, archery, fencing and blind trail!
• Activity and Education - visits to some of the many interesting local attractions
• Eco Challenge - explores environmental issues through fun, dynamic activities
• Eco+ - offers accredited learning in a wilderness environment, the John Muir Award
• Survival Extreme - learning key survival skills - shelter building, navigation and first aid
• Watersports - combines Action and Adventure with water activities - surfing, canoeing, sailing
• Watersports + - a full water based course

Our aim is that the young people who visit our centres leave with great memories and the confidence to continue to try new things in their future!
