Our Recruitment Process

We aim to make the Recruitment process as easy as possible; our online process includes a vacancy search facility, online application form and online interview booking. The majority of our communication with you is by email, so you will need an email address that you check regularly.

You can take as long as you like to fill in the application form but don't t hang around otherwise your dream job might get snapped up by someone else!

You can expect to hear from us whatever the outcome, within approximately 7 days.

The selection process for most roles usually consists of an interview or assessment day and may also include a written test, presentation or group exercises. During the selection process, you will also find out more about working for JCA and the role you have applied for. Interviews are held across the UK.

You may also be asked to bring along various documentation depending on the role you have applied for e.g. passport, qualifications and all our staff are asked to complete a Criminal Record Disclosure.
