Step 1 - Call Us

Call or email our friendly, knowledgeable JCA Sales Team to discuss your requirements. We will help to create a package that suits your groups’ needs.

Step 2 - Make A Booking

Make a provisional booking for the centre, course and duration of your choice. We will hold your booking for 21 days and will help to promote your trip by providing a sample letter to parents. A PowerPoint presentation for each centre can be downloaded from the centre page on the website

Step 3 - First Deposits

Confirm your booking with first deposits (£50pp + VAT for midweek bookings and £30pp + VAT for weekend, long weekend or part week bookings) and a signed Booking Form. Payments made easy - we can provide Savings Cards to help you keep track of payments or set up a regular payment scheme in your school. Please let us know if your Finance Department requires an invoice to make payment

Step 4 - Second Deposits

Second deposits (£50pp + VAT for midweek bookings and £30pp + VAT for weekend, long weekend or part week bookings) should be received no later than 8 weeks after receipt of the first deposits. We can provide additional information to the LA and for parents, governors and children. We are approved by many LEA’s from all over the country as we have been taking schools from their areas for years. Our comprehensive Safety Management System should provide all the information and reassurance that is required. We can even complete the LA form for you! Our Party Leader Pack has been compiled with the assistance of teachers with ease of use in mind.

Step 5 - Here To Help

The JCA School Services Team are on hand throughout your preparations and will be happy to assist with any queries from dietary requirements to booking your transport and any excursions. Our contacts with local companies, usually means that we can provide competitive quotes. We use reputable and established companies who are inspected and audited by a member of the TUI group.

Step 6 - Party Leader Pack

We can provide additional information to the LA and for parents, governors and children. We are approved by many LA’s from all over the country as we have been taking schools from their areas for years. Our comprehensive Safety Management System should provide all the information and reassurance that is required. We can even complete the LA form for you! Our Party Leader Pack has been compiled with the assistance of teachers with ease of use in mind. 

Step 7 - Final Payment

The final invoice will be sent 12 weeks prior to departure and your final balance should be paid no later than 10 weeks prior to departure.

Step 8 - Let The Adventure Begin!

When you arrive at centre you will be welcomed by the Centre Manager and Senior Instructor who are there to ensure that you have the most enjoyable stay. Each group (maximum of 12 per group) will have their own dedicated instructor for the duration of your stay. This enables the children to build a great rapport with their instructor giving them the confidence to reach their full potential.

Enjoy your stay and watch the children grow in confidence. Teachers and adults are very welcome to join in the fun too!
